As first generation Chinese immigrants to the USA, our family's legacy of culinary expertise
has been passed down through the years. In Taiwan Grandpa Chen's entrepreneurial success
cultivated the next generation of professionally trained chefs who in 1986 established our
debut restaurant Lotus Flower in Framingham.
By striving for excellence and destined to satisfy even the most scrutinizing
palate, in 1991 we opened our second restaurant Lotus Blossom in Sudbury. Located in an
historic building, we completely modernized and renovated the interior paying special attention to
aesthetic characteristics, winning praise and awards from Channel 5, Chronicle Special
Review, Boston Globe, Middlesex News, Phoenix News and many other medias. In the
Zagat Survey every year since '96 we've earned the distinguished title of "Best West of
Boston" for Chinese cuisine.
